Summer Art Colony

Registration is open for our summer sessions.

NEW: This summer, CMA will offer the option of Early Drop Off as well as Late Pick Up and Transportation to Governors Island from 103 Charlton St!

Art Colony on Governors Island
Parents who prefer to drop off their Governors Island camp participants at CMA’s main location on Charlton St can do so from 8-8:30 AM.  At 8:30 AM, CMA staff will accompany the Art Colony children on the 1 train from Houston St to South Ferry to meet the 9 AM ferry to Governors Island. CMA Staff cannot wait past 8:30 for late arrivals; if you are running late you will be responsible for escorting your child to the Battery Maritime Building.  Children should bring an active metro card with them each morning.

In the evenings, parents also have the option for late pick up at CMA Charlton St. location.  CMA staff will accompany Art Colony Children one 1 train from South Ferry to Houston St.  Parents will be able to pick up their children between 5:40-6:00 PM.  Children should bring an active metro card with them each day.

Art Colony at CMA
CMA will offer supervised early drop off between 8-9 AM at 103 Charlton St.

Early drop off for both Art Colony at Governors Island and CMA is an additional $25/child per week. Parents interested in both early drop off and late pick up services will be charged $50/child per week. You must preregister to receive this program.
