Children's Museum of the Arts' families are invited to enjoy a private guided tour of Surrealist Collaboration: Poetry, Art, Literature, Ingenuity and Life Itself at Kasmin Gallery. Families will also enjoy a Surrealist-inspired art activity led by CMA Artist in Residence Tati Nguyen.
Featuring over 20 rarely-seen collaborative works, plus archival materials including manifestos, group discussions, publications, and films, the exhibition examines diverse collaborations between Surrealist artists, with a strong focus on the Cadavre exquis.
