Emma Waldman is an artist and educator who is passionate about encouraging the creativity in us all through mixed-media experimentation and exploration, which further develops self-expression and interdisciplinary growth. She is an oil painter who uses mixed-media materials such as newspaper, fabric and wax to create intuitive, energetic action sculptural-paintings. Emma has a B.A. with Honors in both Studio Art and Psychology from Skidmore College. Emma has worked, and continues to work, as a Museum and Art Educator for various museums, schools, and organizations throughout New York City, including District 75 schools.
